The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for all aspects of information technology support for our growing organization. The role requires an ability to troubleshoot a variety of issues in a timely manner. We're looking for a candidate who can multi-task and is enthusiastic about both people and IT with a passion for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, electronic communication platforms, and onsite at client sites
• Performing network, VoIP, server, and pc hardware/software installation and configuration
• Maintain network and PC systems
• Manage change-management procedures
• Use and create documentation
• Improving upon system configurations, automation systems, and monitoring capabilities

Skills/Experience:

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (oral and written) with both technical and non-technical clients while remaining calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Windows 10 and 11
• MAC
• Microsoft Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
• Microsoft HyperV
• Microsoft 365 email, Teams, Azure AD
• Powershell scripting
• Networking – IP addressing, firewall management, routing, switching, vlan, VoIP
• Server and pc backups/restores

• Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
